meet our founder:

Threasa (tee) Kluever, MSW, LCSW, C-DBT, CGP, CCTP

Threasa (Tee) Kluever began her professional journey in research and community-based non-profit work, developing a foundational commitment to systemic advocacy. This naturally transitioned into a foundational role as an Alumni Program Coordinator, where she was able to merge her passion for program development and strategic organizing with direct clinical opportunities within the treatment center framework. Through these diverse experiences, she cultivated deep, dual-lens expertise in both macro operations and clinical services, which she later solidified through leadership experience as a Clinical Intake Manager.

A deeper look at the foundation of our work:

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and program architect with over a decade of specialized experience across higher levels of care (HLOC), Tee founded Bravely Healing Intuitively Living out of a critical industry need. Having navigated and managed Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), she saw firsthand how often organizations lack the specialized, expert attention required to build sustainable program architectures and maintain top-tier clinical standard operating frameworks. Her consulting practice was established to bridge that gap—combining macro systems strategy with advanced clinical insight to help treatment teams cultivate resilient therapeutic ecosystems and advance clinical excellence.

A Proven Architect in Alumni Services & Program Development

Tee is a recognized specialist in designing, implementing, and modernizing structural programming for the behavioral health industry. Most notably, she built and scaled a highly impactful, nationally recognized alumni program lifecycle at Timberline Knolls Treatment Center in Lemont, IL, which she directed from 2021 to 2025. Her signature approach to program development fuses rigorous clinical intentionality with evidence-informed community frameworks. Through her consulting firm, she empowers human service organizations and treatment networks to establish robust graduation traditions, hybrid engagement platforms, peer-leadership ambassador frameworks, and sustainable alumni models built to withstand organizational transitions.

Expert Clinical Consultation & Specialties

As an advanced clinical consultant, Tee brings a wealth of direct-practice expertise to human service agencies, private groups, and individual clinicians. She holds elite certifications as a Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy Professional (C-DBT), Certified Grief Professional (CGP), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Her clinical consulting practice specializes in navigating highly complex symptom presentations, with sub-specialties in:

  • Eating Disorders & Weight-Inclusive Care ("All Foods Fit" framework)

  • Substance Use & Addictions

  • Complex Trauma & Dissociative Disorders

  • Mood, Anxiety, and Suicidality/Self-Injurious Behaviors

  • Women’s Health & Executive Workspace Stress

Advocacy, Non-Profit Leadership, & Clinical Supervision

Deeply committed to systemic change and community-driven impact, Tee routinely lends her program development expertise to non-profit organizations. She provides clinical and consultation services as the camp therapist for Royal Family Kids Camp, a five-day sleep-away summer camp for children in foster care, where she manages crisis interventions for campers and guides volunteers through the emotional strain of trauma-informed care. Her extensive civic and leadership footprint also includes working as the Chicagoland Freedom Walk Coordinator for the Kirsten Haglund Foundation, volunteering with ANAD (National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders), and maintaining active engagement with the National Chapter of IAEDP (International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals). Tee is also deeply passionate about fostering the next generation of therapists, offering professional development, staff training, and formal clinical supervision for provisionally licensed LSWs, LPCs, and ALMFTs across the state of Illinois.
